.HOW DO I BECOME A CHRISTIAN.

BIRTH PANGS John 3:7-8 "Do not marvel that I said to you, 'You must be born again.'

The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit."

THE NEW BIRTH PROCESS:

1. Realize that all have sinned and need a Savior. Romans 3:23, "All have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." 1 John 1:8, "If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us."

2. Repent of sin. Luke 13:3, "Unless you repent you will all likewise perish." Acts 3:19, "Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out."

3. Confess your sins to God. 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." Romans 10:10, "With the mouth confession is made to salvation."

4. Forsake sin. Isaiah 55:7, "Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; let him return to the Lord...for He will abundantly pardon."

5. Believe in the finished work of Christ on the cross. John 3:16, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."

6. Receive Christ by faith. John 1:12, "As many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name."

7. Proclaim Jesus as Lord. Romans 10:9, "If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." Romans 10:13, "For whoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."

THE WORD ON SALVATION:

John 6:47, "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me has everlasting life."

John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."

Acts 16:30-31, "Sirs, what must I do to be saved? So they said, 'Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.'"

Romans 5:8, "But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us."

Romans 6:23, "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."

Ephesians 2:8-9, "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast."

1 John 1:7, "The blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin."

Revelation 3:20, "Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me."

THE PRAYER FOR SALVATION:

Heavenly Father, I come to You in the name of Jesus. I confess to You that I am a sinner.

I am sorry for all my sins, and I ask You to forgive me and cleanse me with the blood of Jesus.

I renounce the devil,the powers of darkness and all their works.I ask you Lord Jesus ,to break every foul

curse upon my life,

snap every unclean thing and chain that binds me,Please fill ME with your Holy Spirit of Power,

and set me free to worship you and serve you as I should

You said in Your Word, Romans 10:9, if we confess the Lord Jesus and believe in our hearts that God raised Him from the dead, we shall be saved. Right now I confess Jesus Christ as the Lord of my life. With my heart, I believe that God raised Him from the dead.

This very moment I accept Jesus Christ as my own personal Savior, and according to Your Word, I am saved. Thank You, Jesus, for dying for me and giving me the Holy Spirit AND

eternal life. Amen

May 19, 2003: There is a great shaking coming to My people and to all nations. That which has been established on the foundation of truth will stand, but that which has been built on presumption will be revealed for what it is and be torn down. Be prepared to allow all that has been hidden to be revealed, for light will expose the darkness of deception and illusion. New beginnings must be based on truth and reality. All that has not been based on truth has resulted in deception accompanied by lust and selfish ambition. Now is the time when you have another opportunity to build on a solid foundation; do not be seduced by fantasy spurred on by the needs of your soul
